The Red Sox are back!

The 2007 Red Sox season is underway after last night’s spring traning game against the Twins.

For some reason, NESN decided to show the game in SD (prob upconverted to HD), so the annoying 4:3 bars were up. Strangely, they had the audio in 5.1 on the HD NESN feed. I really wish they would bring down some HD cameras and give me the 16:9 that we are used to for the regular season.

Schilling looked good, and pined in his post-pitch press conference that he is ready to stretch it out more (he only thre 19 pitches).

Plenty of familiar faces and some not-so-familiar faces.

I am just happy to have Don and Jerry back in my life and look forward to a run to the pennant.

    Curse you! The bastards at Directv won’t let me get the normal NESN here in California and I have to watch online…curse you again.
